Very knowledgeable technician with fair prices. But there is a 25 dollar charge in shop if you try to tell him how to do his job! π

From one engineer to another, this man did right by me, and I was pleased by his attention to detail and intelligence. Highly skilled in his craft, Nick will take care of any need you may have related to cylinder heads. Took in a pair of LS heads for resurfacing, and he was able to get the Ra value to within 19. He uses precision equipment to ensure the optimal mirror-finish surface desirable for MLS gasket usage. He's also generally an all around great guy and cares deeply about his customers, a rarity in this day and age. Highly recommend, and I will be sending my clients here in the future.

Incredible machinist who is a mechanical engineer. Very knowledgeable! Uses profilometer to measure roughness. I took my VW 1.8T head there, he immediately checked the seat of damaged valve to see if head could be rebuilt. Removed several valves, demonstrated that guides had play. Recommended new guides and seals to ensure βtrueβ rebuild. He has fine tuned equipment for cylinder head decking. He truly cares about clients who come to him and is very honest. Prices are very reasonable!!! One man called him while I was there and he couldnβt believe how adequate his pricing was. I highly recommend Nick for your cylinder head machine shop needs!

Great machinist and guy! Helped me a lot in sourcing some cylinder heads for my 351w. Mine were basically junked and he was honest that the cost to rebuild way outweigh the actual head. Got lucky he had an extra set that we were able to work out something for! Very nice and ensure the heads were flat before sending it my way. Kinda tricky to find at first as he is in back of the building.
